These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the xo999 website located at xo999.vip and all associated services, products, promotions, and features offered by xo999 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on xo999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not hold another active account on xo999. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
• You must not use the platform if you are subject to any self-exclusion agreement or if you have been excluded by xo999 or any associated platform. Self-excluded players who attempt to re-register will have all winnings voided.

xo999 reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. This may involve requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on xo999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xo999 does not operate a multi-currency wallet; all deposited funds are held and transacted exclusively in BDT. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. xo999 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the point of deposit. xo999 reserves the right to change minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• xo999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it deems suspicious, inconsistent with KYC documentation on file, or potentially connected to financial crime.
• xo999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of xo999. These fees are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by xo999 support. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have passed identity verification (KYC). Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.

• Standard withdrawal processing times are within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and up to 3 business days for card-based withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawals may only be requested once any applicable bonus wagering requirement on the account has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• xo999 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation before processing any withdrawal above platform-defined thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

xo999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spin offers, and other time-limited promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each individual promotion. xo999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Players must not engage in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, game states, or strategies in real time during live dealer games in a manner that creates an unfair advantage.

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to multiple account creation, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or underage gambling.
• Any activity that xo999 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other form of financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at xo999 staff, other players, or any third party connected to the xo999 platform.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under active wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the xo999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of xo999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the xo999 platform is the exclusive property of xo999.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the xo999 platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written consent of xo999. Unauthorised use of xo999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xo999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. xo999's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

xo999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. xo999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

9. Amendments to These Terms
